Refund policy

Decants (5ml, 10ml, 20ml)

Perfume Decants Emirates offers a full refund on a decant under one condition only: if the authenticity of the perfume is in doubt, if you suspect the decant smells different from the notes we display, or if the decant leaked during transportation.

Please note: decants are meant for you to try a fragrance. A decant cannot be returned simply because you did not like the scent.

Full Bottles

Full bottles can be returned within 14 days, provided the box is intact, unopened, and still sealed (brand new). Once a bottle has been opened, it is non-returnable. This follows the standard perfume and cosmetics return rules worldwide.
